- What recurring thoughts do I have about myself, others, or life? (e.g., "I’m not good enough," "Life is hard," "There’s never enough.")
- What did I learn about success, love, or worthiness growing up?
Write down any recurring themes or patterns you notice. These represent potential internal scripts running in your subconscious mind.
Choose one or two scripts to work on for the next exercises.
