Exercise 1: Identifying Your Subconscious Script

Take a moment to reflect on areas of your life where you feel stuck or experience recurring patterns. These could be patterns in relationships, career, finances, or even your self-image.

Identify recurring thoughts or beliefs: Write down any common thoughts that arise in these situations.Example: “I’m not good enough,” “Success is only for other people,” or “I always mess things up.”
Trace the origin: Try to recall when or where these beliefs may have been formed. Were they influenced by a specific experience, person, or environment?
Observe without judgement: Acknowledge these beliefs without criticism. Remember, they were formed as coping mechanisms or based on past conditioning.

- How would my life change if I no longer believed this?

Quiet the ego: Spend 5–10 minutes in a quiet space, practising deep breathing or meditation. Focus on letting go of thoughts and tuning into the present moment.
Ask a question: Once you feel calm and centred, ask yourself a question related to something you’re struggling with.Example: “What do I need to do to feel more fulfilled?” or “What’s holding me back from being happy?”
Listen: Without forcing an answer, listen for any intuitive thoughts or feelings that arise. Trust your inner wisdom to guide you.
Journal: Write down any insights or feelings that came up during the exercise.

Exercise 4: Affirmations and Visualisation

Reprogramming the subconscious mind requires repetition. Affirmations and visualisation are effective tools for reinforcing new, positive beliefs.

Create affirmations: Based on the limiting beliefs you reframed earlier, create 2–3 affirmations.Example:
- “I am worthy of love and success.”
- “Abundance flows into my life with ease.”
- “I trust my inner wisdom to guide me.”
Visualise: Close your eyes and visualise yourself living in alignment with these new beliefs. Imagine how it feels to embody these affirmations.
Repeat daily: Repeat your affirmations out loud or in your mind every morning and evening for at least two weeks.
