- What was happening in my life at that time?
- Is there an emotion or memory associated with this symptom?
- Have I noticed this symptom worsening during times of emotional stress?
Once you have identified potential emotional blocks, write down one positive affirmation that directly addresses the block. For example, if you associate tightness in your throat with fear of expressing yourself, your affirmation might be:“I speak my truth freely and lovingly.”

Purpose: To release energetic blockages and restore balance to your chakras.

Instructions:

Sit or lie down in a comfortable position. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths, allowing your body to relax.
Visualize each chakra as a spinning wheel of energy, starting from the root chakra (base of the spine) and moving up to the crown chakra (top of the head).
As you focus on each chakra, imagine a bright light clearing any blockages and restoring balance. You can use the following affirmations for each chakra:

Reflect on the emotional patterns, struggles, or traumas you are aware of in your family. Write them down next to each ancestor’s name.
Place your hand over your heart and say aloud:“I honor the experiences of my ancestors. I release any emotional patterns that no longer serve me. I choose to create a new legacy of healing, love, and abundance.”
Burn the paper safely (if possible) as a symbolic act of releasing the ancestral trauma.

- What emotion might be connected to this sensation?

Practice responding to your body’s cues by making small adjustments, such as resting when tired, drinking water when thirsty, or breathing deeply when stressed.
