Terms and Conditions for Spiritual and Transformational Coaching Services

Nickita Starck – Transformational Coach

1. Introduction and Scope of Services As a Spiritual and Transformational Coach, I, Nickita Starck, provide sessions aimed at helping clients explore the connection between mind, body, and soul to facilitate personal growth, healing, and transformation. My role is to guide you on a journey of self-discovery, empowerment, and spiritual evolution, offering support as you delve into your inner world.

2. Disclaimer and Scope of Practice I am not a licensed psychotherapist, counsellor, or medical professional. The coaching services I provide do not constitute psychotherapy, counselling, or medical treatment. These services are not intended to replace professional mental health care or medical advice. If you require such services, it is your responsibility to seek a licensed professional. By participating in coaching, you acknowledge that it is distinct from therapy and is not a substitute for clinical treatment.

3. Nature of Coaching and Potential Triggers Coaching sessions may involve deep emotional work, self-reflection, and exploration, which may be emotionally intense and potentially triggering. You may uncover unresolved issues or experience strong emotions. It is essential that you are aware of this possibility and have access to licensed mental health support if necessary. By engaging in these sessions, you accept full responsibility for your emotional and mental well-being during and after the coaching process.

4. Payment Terms The fee for each individual coaching session is £150 for a 50-minute session unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment must be made in full before the start of each session. Payment can be made via BACS (Bank Transfer) or PayPal.

5. Cancellation Policy If you need to cancel or reschedule an individual coaching session, you must provide at least 48 hours’ notice. If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, or if you do not attend a scheduled session, the full session fee will apply, and no refund will be issued. This policy ensures that my time and the value of the session are respected. For workshops, seminars, and retreats, no cancellations or refunds will be provided once the booking is confirmed.

6. Workshops, Seminars, and Retreats Workshops, seminars, and retreats are immersive experiences designed to provide deep transformational work. Due to the nature of these events, no refunds or cancellations are permitted once your booking is confirmed. Please ensure that you are fully committed to attending before making your reservation.

7. Client’s Responsibilities As the client, you are responsible for your own healing journey and personal development. This includes being committed to the coaching process, open to self-reflection, and willing to take necessary actions to support your growth. The success of the sessions relies heavily on your active participation and engagement.

8. Mind, Body, and Soul Approach The coaching provided adopts a holistic perspective, focusing on the interconnection of mind, body, and soul. You should be prepared to address issues related to all three aspects of your being. This integrative approach is designed to promote overall healing and help you find balance and harmony in your life.

9. Confidentiality All information shared during our coaching sessions is confidential. No details will be disclosed to third parties without your explicit written consent, except where required by law or in circumstances involving a serious concern for your safety or the safety of others.

10. Termination of Services Either party may terminate the coaching agreement at any time with written notice. However, refunds for any pre-paid sessions will only be provided if termination notice is given at least 48 hours before the next scheduled session. Workshops, seminars, and retreats are non-refundable, regardless of when notice is given.

11. Acknowledgment and Acceptance By engaging in coaching services with Nickita Starck, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. You confirm your understanding of the scope, nature, and limitations of the coaching relationship and agree to proceed with these terms in place.
